This combination is wonderful to rub around sore joint or muscle areas! I use it often to help relieve and decrease the inflammation around my joints due to my autoimmune condition, ankylosing spondylitis.
Materials
1tspJojoba Oil or another carrier oil like coconut or olive
2-3dropsCopaiba Essential Oil
1dropsSpruce Essential Oil
1dropsLavender Essential Oil
Instructions
Add the carrier oil to your palm or container.
Add your drops of copaiba, spruce, and lavender.
Rub the oils between your palms and apply directly to areas of pain or inflammation.
Gently massage the area to promote circulation and relaxation.
Notes
Tip: Apply this blend 1–2 times daily on active areas of discomfort. Take a few rest days each week to avoid desensitizing your body to the oils’ effects.When it comes to essential oils, purity and sourcing make all the difference in how effective they are.
